Orders and Payment
After placing an order through our website, you will be provided with payment instructions via email or WhatsApp. We accept Bank deposits and transfers only for now. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
Order Processing and Delivery
Pickup in Salford, Manchester (M6 postcode): 2-3 days’ notice required.
Collection Orders in Bolton, Wigan, Stockport, Rochdale, and surrounding areas: 3-5 working days’ notice required.
Courier Delivery
We dispatch all deliveries between Monday and Wednesday to ensure next-day delivery. Orders must be placed by Saturday. Orders placed after this deadline should contact us via phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery. Delivery fees will be added to your order.
Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once an order is placed and confirmed. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before proceeding with payment. In the event of a significant error on our part, we may consider a replacement or credit at our discretion.
